This Privacy Policy explains how Telentir (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you access or use the Telentir platform (the “Service”).
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: When you register or update your profile, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name (if applicable), and any other details you choose to provide.

- Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to remember your preferences, maintain sessions, and analyze traffic patterns.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide & Maintain the Service: To authenticate your account, deliver features, and ensure the Service runs smoothly.
- Personalize Experience: To tailor recommendations, dashboard layouts, and reporting based on your usage patterns.
- Communicate with You: To send purchase confirmations, security alerts, product updates, and support responses.

3. Information Sharing & Disclosure
- Service Providers: We share data with trusted vendors (e.g., hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors) solely to perform services on our behalf. These parties must adhere to strict confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.
- Business Transfers: If Telentir merges with or is acquired by another entity, your information may be transferred to the new owner under the same Privacy Policy terms.
- Aggregated & Anonymized Data: We may share aggregated usage statistics (stripped of personal identifiers) for research, marketing, or analytics purposes.
- User Consent: We will only share your personal data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes if you explicitly opt in.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:
- Remember your login session and preferences.
- Analyze site performance and usage trends.
- Deliver personalized content and features.
- Enable certain third-party integrations (e.g., analytics, remarketing).
You can manage cookie settings through your browser or device. Disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features.
5. Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard security measures, including:
- Encryption: All data in transit is protected via TLS, and all stored data is encrypted using AES-256. Call recordings and sensitive files are encrypted at rest using RSA.
- Access Controls: Access to production servers and databases is restricted to authorized personnel only, secured through multi-factor authentication.
- Regular Audits: We conduct periodic security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate risks.
- Backups & Redundancy: Data is backed up daily, encrypted, and stored in geographically redundant data centers to ensure availability and disaster recovery.
We retain personal and usage data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize your data.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, or services (e.g., analytics providers, payment gateways). We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review any third party’s privacy policy before sharing your information.
Any data you authorize third parties to collect or share falls under their respective policies, not ours.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently gathered data from a minor, please contact us immediately so we can delete that information.
8. Your Rights & Choices
- Access & Portability: You can request a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format.
- Correction: You may update or correct inaccurate or incomplete information in your account settings.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.
- Opt-Out of Marketing: You can unsubscribe from promotional communications by following the instructions in the email or managing your preferences in your account.
- Cookie Preferences: You may adjust or disable cookies through your browser settings.
9. International Transfers
Telentir is hosted in servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA). If you are located outside the EEA, please be aware that by using the Service, your data may be transferred to, processed, and stored in countries with different data protection laws. We ensure all transfers comply with applicable cross-border data transfer mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the revised policy on this page. If we make material changes that affect your rights or how we use your data, we will provide notice (e.g., in-app notification or email) at least 30 days before changes become effective. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
