1. Scope and Roles

Telentir generally acts as a technology provider and service processor on behalf of business clients using the Services. Clients control campaign recipients, calling purposes, and contact lists.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, email, company, phone, billing profile, and account credentials.
  • Client-Provided Contact Data: Phone numbers, lead lists, campaign configuration, scripts, and related instructions.
  • Call and Message Data: Inbound/outbound call metadata (timestamps, duration, status), optional recordings, transcripts, voicemail events, and SMS/email follow-up logs.
  • Speech Processing Data: Audio and speech-to-text data needed for real-time call handling, including when recording is disabled.
  • Usage and Device Data: IP address, browser/device details, page and feature usage, diagnostics, and security logs.
  • Payment and Billing Data: Processor customer IDs, invoices, transaction status, usage line items, and pricing plan details. Full card numbers and CVVs are not stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
  • Route and process inbound/outbound calls and related messaging.
  • Generate transcripts, analytics, and performance dashboards.
  • Support customer onboarding, account management, and billing.
  • Detect abuse, secure infrastructure, and prevent fraud or misuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Call Recording, Consent, and Compliance Responsibilities

Calls may be recorded and transcribed unless disabled in writing by the client.

Clients are solely responsible for obtaining all legally required consent and permissions for calling, messaging, and recording, including compliance with TCPA, federal/state Do Not Call rules, and two-party consent laws.

5. How We Share Information

  • Service Providers: Hosting, telephony, speech/AI, analytics, support, and payment processing vendors under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • Legal and Safety: When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, financing, or asset transfers.
  • Aggregated/Anonymized Data: For benchmarking, system improvement, and product optimization.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data in transit and at rest.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we continuously work to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information processed by the Services.

7. Data Ownership and Retention

Clients retain ownership of contact data they provide. Telentir retains ownership of the platform, software, and system-generated operational data.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide Services, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We may retain aggregated/anonymized data for product and performance improvement.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, improve performance, and understand product usage.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information.

For requests related to data controlled by one of our business clients, we may direct you to that client as the appropriate data controller.
